    Travelers are required to acquire the K ETA at least 48 hours prior to your boarding.

    If you received your K-ETA, then everything is set to go!

Not eligible for K-ETA

    Consult Korean Embassy
    Ask for the list documents required for the VISA application.

    Request documents from HYU
    – Letter of Admission
    – Invitation Letter
    – Certificate of Business Registration

    Apply for a C-3-1/C-3-9 Visa
    Visit the Korean Embassy in the country you are currently studying at to apply for the proper visa.

Apply for a D-2-8 Student Visa

If you wish stay longer than your approved period of stay. Submit the below documents by post at least 6 weeks prior to the first day of the program.

  • Certificate of Enrollment: Verified through Apostille certification or Consular authentication from the Embassy of Korea
  • High School Graduation Certificate: Verified through Apostille certification or Consular authentication from the Embassy of Korea
  • Financial Affidavit
