| Description | Successful delivery of projects is required by organizations of all sizes and in all sectors for their long-term benefit. Project management is understood as essential for delivering successful projects. The course includes subjects and processes involved in project management. Subjects are integration, stakeholder, scope, resource, time, cost, risk, quality, procurement, and communication. Processes are initiation, planning, implementation, control, and closing. In this course, students will learn the basics of project management and develop individual competence for the profession of project management.
